Altech Infrastructure has a State-of-the art, IBR approved manufacturing facility 60 Km from Delhi in Chopanki (Bhiwadi), Rajasthan with built-up area of approx 30000sq.ft. This facility can offer manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Deaerators, Heat Exchangers, LP/HP heaters and misc. fabrication for domestic as well as overseas customers. Process is underway for ASME “U” stamp accreditation. We have an in-house Design and Engineering team, adequately staffed with competent and qualified engineers equipped with the latest design software.

Our fabrication is done with world class standards. We have an in house capability to design and supply equipments that are up to 6 mtr in diameter and 40mtr in length with variable thickness in variety of materials including stainless steel carbon steel, and alloy steels.
Our equipments are designed and constructed to meet international codes and standards including ASME/TEMA/API/IBR.

We are using world class tools for design our fabrication, state of the art design software such as P V elite 200, AutoCAD 2007 etc.

Our production facility matches the best in design. Amongst the key in-house facilities we have plate bending machine, plasma arc cutting, equipment for NDT testing, liquid penetrate test, paint- thickness measurement etc.
